  Pulled up to the speaker and all I got was an abrupt "Place your order" and me being so friendly said sarcastically "Good morning. How are you going today?" After an awkward exchange we pull up to the window and was treated with an equally substandard customer service experience. We received our meal and checked to find several items missing. We proceeded back to the speaker box and informed the "friendly helpful staff" of their mistake. After being told to "just go to the window" our missing items were unceremoniously flung out the window to us with a grunted "sorry" from what I can only assume was the manager! Presentation was almost as bad as the service. Redeeming feature was the bomb diggity hash browns for $1.

  they forget an extra burger we ordered, don't get the chips right, took about 15minutes, wrong size drinks

  Waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru parking bay, then order was wrong. Had to go inside to get the rest of our order. By the time we ate it most of the order was cold. No apologies were given.
